Darvin H. "Sonny" Klein September 26, 1938 - June 22, 2024 O'Fallon, Illinois - Darvin "Sonny" Klein, 85, of O'Fallon, IL, born September 26, 1938, passed away peacefully at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in O'Fallon, IL on Saturday, June 22, 2024. Sonny was a lifelong resident of O'Fallon, IL and had a passion for all things racing, whether it was watching NASCAR on television, watching his son compete in auto racing, or his grandson race motorcycles. He was a movie buff that could not get enough of Westerns and cowboys. He also enjoyed spending time at the casino and testing his luck on the slot machines. He had an unwavering faith in God and deep love for his family. Sonny will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Sonny is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Isabelle Klein (nee Klucker); brother, Jim Klein; and sister, Marlene Jung (nee Klein). Surviving Sonny is his wife, Delores Klein (nee Donato); 2 children, Laurie Klein
