John R. Barrett (8/15/44-7/24/24). Lt Colonel United States Air Force - Retired.
John is preceded in death by his parents - John Joseph Barrett and Virginia Elkins Barrett. He is survived by
his children, Kelly Conner, Kate Slocum (Jason), Colleen Mcintosh, Courtney Barrett (Jon Frank), John Barrett (Dongmei Pan); sister, Patricia Pedrolie and brother, Thomas Barrett (Carmen).
John was a graduate of Chaminade College Preparatory Class of 1962 and St Louis University Class of 1966. At St Louis University John participated in the ROTC Program and upon graduation entered the USAF pilot training program as a 2nd Lieutenant. He retired as a Lt. Colonel.
