Celeste Dorothy Krausz, nee Boad, 92, of Waterloo, IL, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 15, 2025, with family by her side. Celeste was born on June 8, 1932, in Summerfield, IL to William P. and Mary R. (Kehrer) Boad and they precede her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clyde C. Krausz, Jr. and her son, Stephen J. Krausz. Celeste grew up in East St. Louis, IL and graduated from St. Teresa's Academy. Her alma mater always held a special place in her heart, and she was proud to wear her St. Teresa's class ring. She met her beloved husband, Clyde, on a blind date and they were married on January 19, 1952, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in East St. Louis, IL. Celeste dedicated her life to others as a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Paderborn, IL, arriving in 1962. When they pursued life on the farm, Clyde said, "The farm is the place to raise our family!" Clyde started the Turnabouts band in 1963, and Celeste taught her children how to d
